■ 복학 신청 기간
2023.1.9(월) ~ 2023.1.16(월)
① 2월 국제교육원 수료자는 추후 2월초에 복학 안내 예정
② 복학 신청은 1.23(월) 일괄 결재 예정 (제출 서류 미비할 경우 결재 지연)
③ 재휴학 신청자는 HY-In에 복학신청서만 업로드하면 되며, 복학 신청
기간 내 결재 예정. 학적이 ‘재학생’으로 바뀐 뒤 휴학 기간에 직접 휴학 신청 필요
④ 표입 발급일: 1.26(목) 이후
※ 수강신청: 2023.2.2(목) ~ 2023.2.8(수)
■ 주의사항

1. HY-in 포탈에 본인의 개인정보(메일 및 전화번호) 미기재 또는 정보의 업데이트가 되지 않아 문제가 발생할 경우 학생과 연락이 잘 되지 않습니다. 이로 인한 책임은 학생 본인에게 있으며, 따라서 본인의 포탈 개인정보를 다시 한번 정확하게 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 학생 본인 상황에 따라, 비자 신청 시에 출입국관리소 또는 대사관에서 추가서류를 요구할 수 있습니다.
3. 국제처 방문 신청은 받지 않습니다.
★★현지 대사관의 비자 발급 불허 및 출입국 정책 등의 원인으로 복학 신청 후 발급받은 표준입학허가서를 사용하지 못하게 될 경우, 반드시 2주이내에 해당 사실을 국제처에 알려주시기 바랍니다. ★★ |

■ Period of applying for 2023 Spring Semester Return to School
2023.1.9(Mon) ~ 2023.1.16(Mon)
① Those who completed the IIE Korean Language Course in February will be notified of their return to school in early February
② Application for return to school is scheduled to be approved at once on 1.23 (Mon) (Approval will be delayed if submitted documents are insufficient)
③ Those who wish to apply for a leave of absence again only have to upload the return to school application form on HY-In. The return to school application of those who apply for a leave of absence again will be approved within the application period. Students need to apply for a leave of absence again after their academic records are changed to ‘enrolled students’.
④ Certificate of Admission Issuance Date: After 1.26 (Thu)
※ Course registration: 2023.2.2(Thu) ~ 2023.2.8(Wed)

1. When there is a problem, we will contact you based on your personal information on HY-in Portal. Please double check your personal information on the website in advance. OIA does not take any responsibility of you not receiving notice due to incorrect information provided.
2. Depending on an individual's personal circumstances, Immigration Office or Embassy may ask for additional documents.
3. Students cannot visit Office of Int’l Affairs for return to school.
★★If Embassy do not allow applying VISA and cannot use certificate of admission due to immigration policies, please contact Office of Int’l Affairs within 2 weeks. ★★ |

■申请期间
2023.1.9（周一）~ 2023.1.16（周一）
①国际教育院2月结业者将于2月初进行复学通知
②复学申请将在1.23(周一)统一审批(提交文件不齐全时会导致审批推迟)
③再休学申请者只需在HY-IN上传复学申请书，并将在复学申请期间内进行审批. 学籍变为‘在学生’之后需在休学申请期间内亲自申请休学。
④标入签发日期:1.26（周四）以后
※选课申请：2023.2.2（周四）〜 2023.2.8（周三）
■注意事项

1. 若HY-in 里的个人信息(邮件和电话号码) 没填写或者填写错误，学校将无法与学生进行联系。由此引起的责任由学生本人承担，所以请再次确认本人的个人信息是否正确。
2. 根据学生的不同情况，出入境管理所或者大使馆可能会要求另外提交材料。
3. 不接受国际处访问申请。
★★如学生申请复学后收到的标准入学通知书，因当地大使馆无法办签或出入境政策上原因导致无法使用，请在两周内联系国际处★★ |
