[개인 신청]

방법 : 출입국관리사무소를 방문하여 신청. 방문 전 하이코리아 홈페이지(https://www.hikorea.go.kr/resv/ResvIntroR.pt)에서 방문 예약해야 합니다.

※ 사진은 반드시 3.5*4.5cm 규격, 흰색 바탕으로 제출 필요(조금이라도 작거나 크면 불허, 하늘색/회색 바탕 불허)!!!!!!

※ 사진 상 눈썹, 귀 모두 보여야 하며 과도한 액세서리, 컬러렌즈 착용 금지

※ 포토샵 이용한 사진 금지. 흐리게 나온 사진 금지

 

5. 비용

  - 외국인 등록: 45,000원

  - 비자(체류자격) 연장: 75,000원

- 비자 자격 변경: 145,000원

 

6. 비고

  - 반드시 현금으로 비용 납부 (현금 준비 필수)

- 서류 접수 후 지문 등록을 위해 안산 출입국 관리 사무소를 방문할 예정입니다. 방문 일자는 추후 안내 드리겠습니다

- 국제처 사무실에 외국인등록증 도착 후 학생들에게 이메일로 안내할 예정입니다

- 단체접수는 경우에 따라 3개월 이후에 등록증이 발급될 수도 있으므로, 개인접수가 더 저렴하니 이 또한 고려하시기 바랍니다

- 90일 이내 지문을 등록하지 않을 경우 단체 접수 신청 여부와 상관없이 불법체류자로 분류되므로, 지문등록 관련 이메일을 잘 확인하시기 바랍니다

- 과거 한국 입국 후 외국인 등록 및 지문 등록을 완료하였어도 휴학 후 복학한 경우, 지문을 다시 등록해야 합니다

- 단체 접수의 경우 모든 인원이 지문 등록을 마친 후에 일괄적으로 등록증이 발급되므로, 먼저 지문 등록을 마쳤더라도 출입국에 개별적으로 가서 수령하거나 국제처 사무실에 와서 수령하는 것이 불가능합니다

Visit the immigration office and apply. Before visiting, you MUST make a reservation on the Hi Korea website (https://www.hikorea.go.kr/resv/ResvIntroR.pt).

3. Location: Reception room in the Global Lounge on the 3rd floor of the Student Welfare Building

4. Required Documents: Refer to attached file

※ The picture must be submitted in a 3.5×4.5cm specification with white background (not allowed if it is smaller or larger than 3.5x4.5 cm with sky blue/gray background)!!!!!!

※ Both eyebrows and ears should be visible in the picture and excessive accessories and color lenses should not be worn

※ Photoshopped photos & blurry pictures are prohibited

 

5. Costs

  - Alien Registration:             KRW 45,000

  - Visa (residence status) extension:    KRW 75,000

- Change of Stay:      KRW 145,000

 

6. Remark

- Costs must be paid only in cash (please prepare cash)

- After submitting the documents, students must visit the Ansan Immigration Office to register fingerprints. The schedule will be notified in the future.

- OIA will inform the students by e-mail after ARCs arrive at OIA.

- In some cases, ARC may be issued after 3 months for group applications, so please consider individual registration which is cheaper than the group application as an alternative.

- If you do not register your fingerprint within 90 days, you will be classified as an illegal resident regardless of whether you apply for group registration, so please check your email regarding fingerprint registration.

- Even if you have completed the alien registration and fingerprint registration after entering Korea in the past, if you return to school after taking a leave of absence, you must register your fingerprints again.

- In the case of group registration, ARCs are issued collectively after everyone has completed fingerprint registration, so even if you have completed fingerprint registration first, you cannot go to the immigration office individually or come to OIA to receive it.

※ 照片必须以3.5*4.5cm规格、白色背景为基础提交（稍小或稍大，天蓝色/灰色为背景则不允许）!!!!

※ 照片上眉毛、耳朵都要露出来，禁止佩戴过多的饰品及美瞳

※ 禁止使用美颜过的照片。 禁止使用模糊的照片

 

5. 费用

- 外国人登录证申请:    45,000元 韩币

- 签证(滞留资格)延长: 75,000元 韩币

- 签证资格变更:          145,000元 韩币

 

6. 注意事项

- 费用必须付现金(请务必准备现金)

- 提交材料后为了登记指纹，将会团体访问安山出入境管理所。行程安排日后通知

- 外国人登录证到达国际处办公室后，将通过电子邮件通知学生

- 团体申请根据情况，发放登录证需要3个月。个人申请更便宜，敬请考虑

- 90天内不登记指纹时，无论是否申请团体申请，都会被分类为非法滞留者，请仔细确认指纹登记相关电子邮件

- 过去入境后完成外国人登录及指纹登记的学生在休学后复学时, 需重再次登记指纹

- 团体受理时, 所有学生完成指纹登记后, 统一发放登记证。即使先完成了指纹登记, 也不能单独到出入境或到国际处办公室领取外国人登录证
